My professional career began as a COBOL Programmer Intern at AETNA Life & Casualty in Windsor CT during my senior year at Connecticut State University. The boggle eye and loneliness quickly set in and I was offered a more vocal and interactive role as a Systems Trainer when the internship ended.

30  years later, I am pleased to say that I still immensely enjoy the field of Learning and Development. Working in various industries for companies such as Nabisco Foods, Lucent Technologies, AT&T, Schein Pharmaceutical, HongKong Shanghai Bank and The BOC Group as well as institutions such as Altitude Learning Center, Montgomery County Community College,  AIM Academy, and of course, Sunday School.

My diverse roles include Learning & Development Manager, Client Services Specialist,  Parent Support Coordinator,  Tutor,  Help Desk Manager, Trading Floor Support Specialist as well as Capabilities & Training  Manager and Career School Placement Officer.

I have worked internationally in Indonesia, Singapore, Japan, The Philippines, and Europe; as well as throughout the United States -  developing end-user capabilities and training other trainers (T3) to deliver best-in-class service to all levels of management and staff.

My first language is English, though I speak almost fluent "patois".... and sometimes a mixture of both ... to communicate at a deeper level at home :)

My all-time favorite job is still parenting!  I am blessed with two wonderful (full of wonder) girls who challenge me everyday to be a better person and keep the important things a priority.

I am super excited about EdenU, The Eden Center and all the services they allow my team to bring to the marketplace: These platforms allow me to leverage 30  years of work and life experiences, plus innate gifts and a passion to improve the lives of children and families to the table. My hope and prayer is that these services will benefit ALL children, irrespective of their socio-economic status, where they live, how they learn; their color, creed or race.

I hope you will join me as a member of this life-giving community; as a partner in learning as a Program Developer, R&D Advocate; to use your gifts to help a child succeed at learning; or just join me for Community Dinners and banter!

Hugs all Around :)
